Mr. Miller has practiced Public Accounting for over twenty five years. He has extensive experience in small businesses, taxation, litigation, arbitration and accounting software. Mr. Miller has testified as an expert witness in various courts as well as chaired various arbitrations under the American Arbitration Association.

Administration Patricia Osburn - Patricia is our administrative assistant. She is the quarterback for our entire firm.
Paraprofessional Ann Cirioni - Ann has the most experience in the office!!! Ann's bookkeeping experience dates back over fifty years.

Winnie Heynis C.P.A. - Winnie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Winnie has over twenty five years of private and public accounting experience. Winnie is also well versed in various accounting and spreadsheet programs.

 

Thomas V. Mulrine, EA - Tom earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Wayne State University in 1982. Tom's experience includes seven years as a Controller for a real estate management company and over fifteen years in public accounting. Tom is well versed in various accounting and spreadsheet software programs. Tom is an enrolled agent and is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

 

David Levenstein began his career in New York as a Financial Advisor with Prudential Securities. His experience is in fixed income, retirement and estate planning. After he and his family moved to Florida, he was hired as a Regional VP for Gilman & Ciocia, a Tax and Financial Planning firm that has offices in Florida and the Northeast. His responsibilites were to combine the services of both accountants and financial planners and to better understand and serve client needs by offering a more comprehensive approach to both tax and financial planning.
David has joined Vitale & Miller, P.A. and brings with him years of experience in all aspects of financial planning as well as working one on one with your CPA. David attended C.W. Post University and is an Investment Advisor Representative with Asset & Financial Planning, Ltd.


General:
Vitale & Miller, P.A. is a local accounting firm with a wide range of clientele. The firm personnel consists of four degreed accountants, one financial advisor, one para-professional and one administrative assistant. The combined years of experience of the firm is in excess of one hundred years.

Vitale & Miller, P.A. offers a wide range of client services. These services range from basic bookkeeping through reviews. Vitale & Miller, P.A. provides to their client all aspects of taxation, ranging from Internal Revenue representation to tax planning and preparation.
